Minor variations in texture, color, and finish are a natural result of the handcrafting process, making each product unique.
Conditions for Replacement:
We only offer replacements in the following cases:
- If your product is damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered.
