Return and Replacement Policy

Minor variations in texture, color, and finish are a natural result of the handcrafting process, making each product unique.

Conditions for Replacement:

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  1. If your product is damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.
  2. If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered.

How to Request a Replacement:

●     To request a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

●     Provide clear photos of the item, showing the damage or incorrect product, along with your order details.

Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable:

●     Products that have minor variations in appearance or finish due to their handmade nature will not be eligible for return or replacement.

●     Items that are used or altered after delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if needed) and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
