Return and Replacement Policy

At Spaces Unhooked, we take pride in offering high-quality, handmade engineered wood to natural wood products. We craft each piece with care, ensuring that no two items are exactly alike. Minor variations in texture, color, and finish are a natural result of the handcrafting process, making each product unique.

Conditions for Replacement:

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  1. If your product is damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.
  2. If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered.

How to Request a Replacement:

     To request a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

     Provide clear photos of the item, showing the damage or incorrect product, along with your order details.

Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable:

     Products that have minor variations in appearance or finish due to their handmade nature will not be eligible for return or replacement.
