2. Return and Replacement Policy
At Spaces Unhooked, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handmade products. Please note the following terms regarding replacements:
● Eligible for Replacement:
○ Products damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.
○ Products that differ from the item ordered.
● Requesting a Replacement:
○ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
○ Provide photos of the product, showing damaged or wrong item received, along with your order details.

● Non-Eligible for Return or Replacement:
○ Products with minor variations in texture, color, or finish due to their handmade nature.
○ Items that have been used or altered after delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy
● You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and money will be returned in 7 working days.
